TERMS AND CONDITIONS - OF SALE

KALKAN CANDLES

This Terms and Conditions of Sale Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Kalkan Candles (“Seller”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the purchaser (“Buyer”, “you”, or “your”) of any products (“Goods”) from Kalkan Candles via our website, social media, in-person events, or other sales platforms. By placing an order, Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

Product Description and Acceptance

1.1. Kalkan Candles offers handmade candles and related goods. Due to the nature of handcrafted products, slight variations in color, texture, and scent may occur.
1.2. All descriptions, photographs, and depictions of Goods are intended for informational purposes only and do not form part of any contractual warranty.
1.3. Buyer agrees to inspect Goods upon delivery and accepts them “as is,” subject to the return policy outlined below.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Goods are typically processed and shipped within [2–5 business days]. Buyer will be notified of estimated delivery times at the time of purchase.
3.2. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond its control.
3.3. Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect shipping information are the responsibility of the Buyer.

4. Returns and Claims

4.1. All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted except in the case of defective, incorrect, or damaged Goods.
4.2. Buyer must report any damage or discrepancies within seven (7) days of receipt by contacting Seller at [Insert Email]. Photos and order details may be required.
4.3. If a claim is validated, Seller may, at its discretion, issue a replacement, store credit, or refund.

5. Product Use and Safety

5.1. Buyer acknowledges that candles may contain fragrance oils or essential oils and should be used with care.
5.2. Candles should never be left unattended while burning and must be kept away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
5.3. Seller shall not be held liable for any harm or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, branding, product names, logos, images, and website material are the intellectual property of Kalkan Candles and may not be reproduced or used without express written permission.

7. Privacy

7.1. Buyer’s personal information is collected and used in accordance with Seller’s Privacy Policy, available on our website or upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Seller’s total liability for any claim arising from the sale of Goods shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer.
8.2. Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Goods.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Amendments
